Practice Needs:                Busy practice with a structured referral process. Support with psychosocial and mental health needs of individuals across the age spectrum. Able to deliver support with system navigation, brief intervention and/or psychotherapy as needed. Hybrid role.

Schedule:                           Monday – Friday 9-5pm with potential for evening (until 6 or 6:30pm)

Start Date:                        ASAP

Salary:                                $81,800
