Physicians:                        Queensdale Clinic (Dr. Voth, Dr. Klostermann, Dr. Moore), Dr. Ayibiowu, Dr. Parle

Practice Needs:                Support patients of all ages experiencing mental health issues and related concerns. Experience supporting individuals with eating disorders, experiences of trauma, ADHD, autism and menopause preferred.

Schedule:                            Monday – Friday 830-430 (In person)

Start Date:                        ASAP

Salary:                                $78, 855.54
