Practice Needs:               Large focus on system navigation and care coordination. Supporting new patients and collaborating with the members of the care team at a large busy practice.

Schedule:                          Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Start Date:                        ASAP

Salary:                                $78, 855.54 (pro-rated to FTE)
