Practice Location(s):       Lincoln Medical Centre (4413 Ontario St, Beamsville, ON L3J 0A4) (8 Family Physicians)

Practice Needs:                 Working with a practice that is new to having an MHC and access to team-based care. Supporting patients experiencing anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues (parent child, siblings, etc.), ADHD and other concerns. Training in CBT preferred.

Schedule:                           Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (option for some evening hours)

Start Date:                        ASAP

Salary:                                $78, 855.54
