Celebrate National Senior’s Day: HFHT Healthy Aging Workshop Series

October 1 marks National Senior’s Day, an occasion for all Canadians to join in celebrating older adults across Canada. Hamilton Family Health Team acknowledges the contribution that older adults in Canada have made and continue to make to our families, communities, and society.

We believe that healthy aging isn’t just a goal for October, it is a lifelong journey worth celebrating every day. That’s why we are proud to offer free Healthy Aging Workshop Series, designed for seniors and their caregivers. These are free, one-hour workshops that are held in-person across the Greater Hamilton area or virtually for flexibility and convenience.
