Join our ADHD for Adults Workshop

Adults living with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or wondering whether they might have it, may often navigate challenges that can feel confusing, overwhelming, or isolating. You are not alone.

Our ADHD for Adults Workshop Series is led by an interprofessional team, offering clarity, community, and practical tools in a supportive environment. This series blends education with everyday strategies, making it both a resource you can rely on and an invitation to join a welcoming learning space.

What are common symptoms?

ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition that typically begins before the age of 12. While often associated with childhood, many people continue to experience symptoms throughout adulthood or only recognize them later in life.

  • Difficulty sustaining attention
  • Hyperactivity or restlessness
  • Impulsivity
  • Challenges with organization, planning, and follow‑through

These symptoms can be present in more than one area of life, such as work, relationships, or daily routines.

What can you expect in the sessions?

This four‑part virtual workshop series offers a supportive, informative space for adults who are exploring whether they may have ADHD, have recently been diagnosed, or want to better understand how ADHD affects daily life. Each session is delivered live through Microsoft Teams and includes practical information, discussion, and evidence-based tools and resources.

We’ll break down what actually works for ADHD-both medication and non-medication options—and share simple, realistic tools you can use in your day-to-day life.
