Financial Analyst

Position Summary
The Financial Analyst supports financial performance management across clinical practices and operational programs. Reporting to the Manager, Finance & Decision Support Analytics, the incumbent will focus on practice-level financial performance monitoring and management reporting
This role works closely with Clinical Leadership and operational stakeholders to translate financial results into meaningful insights that support effective resource allocation and performance improvement. The position is development-focused and supports enterprise-wide planning processes along with the Senior Financial Analyst.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or management reporting.
• Experience in healthcare, public sector, or not-for-profit environment is an asset.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems and reporting tools preferred.
• Understanding of Ontario Health reporting requirements and BPS accountability frameworks is an asset.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance leaders.
