Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Triaging / notations of patient history, diabetic assessments, well child visits, prenatal care, BP, wound care, medication review and immunizations
- Triaging & reviewing results over the phone
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment
Qualifications and skills:
- Experienced Registered Nurse (Family Medicine and/or ER experience an asset)
- Registered Nurse required for Family Physician’s Office.
- Part-Time 2 – 3 days per week with summer vacation relief and on-call. Must possess excellent triaging, communication and collaboration skills.
- Italian speaking would be a great asset.
