RN-RPN-NP (Full-time or Part-time)

Duties will include. but are not limited to:

• provide clinical assessment and treatment, patient referral, and counselling.

• initiate and maintain chronic disease management and health promotion programs.

Qualifications and skills:

• Fully vaccinated against Covid–19.

• You must hold a current certification of registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario as an RN and maintain membership in the RNAO.

• These positions require excellent health assessment/clinical skills and the ability to perform the full range of duties and responsibilities. While primary care experience is preferred, an orientation to primary care will be provided.

• You are an independent, creative and organized individual with strong oral/written communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, and computer skills.
