The HFHT offers a wide range of free health education groups and workshops for your patients on topics like mental health, nutrition, healthy aging, muscle and bone health, medication management, and more. These workshops are free, open to the public, and patients can self-register easily on our website.
We also have a selection of groups and workshops that requrie referral from a healthcare provider.
