While you’re making New Years resolutions – how about taking charge of your health and wellbeing by joining free health groups and workshops?
The Hamilton Family Health Team’s groups and workshops are completely free, open to the public, and offer both in-person and virtual options. There are both daytime and nighttime sessions to fit your schedule.
Groups and workshops are led by health care providers with expertise in the topic. Topics include mental health, nutrition, medication management, muscle and bone health, healthy aging, and much more! Workshops are single-session and typically run between 1 and 3 hours in length. Groups are multi-session, taking place over several weeks.
