Administration/Reception
We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for a busy family
practice in Stoney Creek (approx. 32-hours per week) asap
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Booking patient appointments, greeting patients, and answering the phone line
• Liaising with patients and families in a professional and compassionate manner
while maintaining privacy and confidentiality
• Maintaining patient records by obtaining, recording, and updating personal
information
• Scanning and faxing of patient information and reports
Qualifications and Skills:
• Ability to work independently
• Previous Family Medicine office experience
• Demonstrated organizational skills and initiative
• Practice Solutions EMR an asset
