Practice Needs: Work in collaboration to meet the needs of patients and providers in a busy practice. Offer support with resource navigation and connection, brief intervention and supportive counselling to individuals of all ages experiencing social and mental health related concerns.

Experience with child, youth and families preferred.

Schedule: 8:30am – 4:30 pm; M-F (x 3 days/week)
