Use this form to submit your photos from events, community engagement opportunities, and your day-to-day life as a member of the HFHT!
Who can submit?
This form is open to all HFHT staff, physicians, healthcare professionals, and practice managers and staff.
How will photos be used?
HFHT Communications will use submitted photos to populate our social media feeds and/or for other advocacy or communications purposes (reports, our website, presentations, etc.). Ultimately, the HFHT is made up of incredible professionals like you – but we need your help to show it!
What’s in it for me?
All entrants to our Photo Submission Form will be entered into a draw for a fun, Hamilton-centred prize (think: locally roasted coffee, a mug from a Hamilton potter, a Hamilton landmark tote bag, Collective Arts artisinal sparkling waters – you get the idea!). The winner will be announced at each Staff Town Hall and in the Briefing Note. Winners will also be contacted by email.
