Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $34.00–$37.00 per hour (based on experience)
Southwest Family Health Centre is a busy five-physician family practice in downtown Hamilton. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team, which includes physicians, a registered dietitian, mental health counsellors, a psychiatrist, and a pharmacist.
The successful candidate will work to their full scope of practice providing comprehensive primary care, including clinical assessments, patient education, immunizations, chronic disease management, preventative care, and collaboration with our healthcare team. Experience with TELUS Practice Solutions (PS Suite) is an asset.
Qualifications
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- Minimum three years of primary care experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
