Reports to: Drs. Aldina Matos and Mohamad Alshurafa
Salary Range: $29-35/hour, negotiable based on experience
Status: Permanent, Full Time, Temporary, Part Time

Introduction
We are looking for a Registered Practical Nurse to join our primary care practice. The successful applicant
will be a critical member of our healthcare team providing comprehensive medical care to our diverse patient
population.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
– Deliver comprehensive clinical care: perform physical assessments, facilitate referrals to
appropriate specialists or agencies, administer immunizations, perform diagnostic and therapeutic
procedures, and assist with in-office minor procedures/surgeries as required
– Collaborate with our team of physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals in
delivering quality, coordinated care
– Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records for continuity of care and effective
communication with all members of our healthcare team
Qualifications
– Eligible to work in Ontario, Canada
– Must have a current certification of registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario as an RPN and
maintain membership in the RNAO
– Previous experience in family or emergency medicine is preferred
– Familiarity with Telus PS Suite or similar EMR is preferred
