The Hamilton Family Health Team (HFHT) is committed to respecting the privacy of visitors to the HFHT Web Site. The only information that this web site collects from public users of the web site is an email address whenever an email is sent using our Contact form for the purpose of allowing an email response to any questions / comments received by a HFHT staff member or department. Beyond that purpose, the email address is not shown, given or provided to any third parties.
