Diabetes Classes Across the City

The members of the Hamilton Diabetes Collaborative are in process of adding wording to reflect Type 2 diabetes.  We will make every effort to make these changes on distributed posters however, these are distributed very broadly, and so we cannot guarantee that every poster will reflect this change.  Posters for 2011 will reflect this correction.
